Caleb Shafer

Caleb is the Director of Business Development at EdgePoint Capital Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for building and executing the firm’s business development strategy, originating new advisory engagements, and supporting the firm’s growth via AI enablement.

Prior to joining EdgePoint, Caleb held corporate development and IMO roles at RS Group and Rexel USA, both multi-national distributors headquartered in Europe, as well as a Senior M&A Advisor role at Agenda Health, a sell-side advisory firm focused on healthcare service providers. Across these positions, he gained end-to-end transaction experience spanning corporate strategy, deal sourcing, execution, and integration on both the buy-side and sell-side.

Caleb received his BS of Industrial Distribution with Cum Laude honors from Texas A&M University’s Dwight Look College of Engineering.

Caleb resides in Austin, Texas with his wife Onique.
