Coastal Electric Company of Florida has been acquired by Kassel Mechanical

Coastal Electric Company of Florida (“Coastal Electric” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Kassel Mechanical. EdgePoint served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Coastal Electric. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
