EdgePoint Announced as Winner at the 16th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards

(Cleveland, OH) - EdgePoint Capital Advisors, a leading national independent M&A Advisory firm, is pleased to announce that it has been recognized at the 16th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards celebration, held on February 6, 2025, at the Metropolitan Club in New York.

EdgePoint was honored to accept two awards in the Industrials and Healthcare sectors:

  • Americas Industrials Deal of the Year for the recapitalization of Integrity Pump and Motor, a Fairfield, Tennessee based designer and manufacturer of custom-engineered pumps, by St. Louis, Missouri based private equity group Compass Group Equity Partners.
  • USA M&A Deal of the Year for the acquisition of Frank P. Fechner, MD Plastic Surgery and Med Spa, a Worcester, Massachusetts provider of plastic surgery and aesthetic services, by APDerm, a Northeast Dermatology and Plastic Surgery roll-up and portfolio company of Waud Capital.
