Relevant Solutions, a portfolio company of Fusion Capital Partners, has acquired Conrad Kacsik Instrument Systems (“Conrad Kacsik”), a provider of inspections, calibration, pyrometry, engineering, compliance, and products for thermal processing systems. EdgePoint served as the exclusive financial advisor to Conrad Kacsik. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
Conrad Kacsik Instrument Systems is a thermal processing and industrial furnace solutions provider headquartered in Solon, Ohio. Founded in 1977, the company specializes in thermal processing control system engineering and system integration. The company provides pyrometry services including calibration, temperature uniformity surveys, and system accuracy testing; metrology services; as well as process certification and validation, training, consulting, and related field services. Conrad Kacsik supports customers across demanding industrial applications and operates an in-house calibration laboratory that is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited by A2LA.
